Tornedal food in Margit's way
The recipe book highlights the traditional Tornedalan home cooking, with around fifty tasty recipes. Margit Spolander uses local ingredients to create new and traditional tasting experiences. The book also presents local producers such as Annika Tossavainen who has an organic vegetable cultivation in Kukkola.
