What is a Luxway infrared sauna?
The Luxway infrared sauna is made from solid wood, such as cedar or hemlock, and is designed for easy assembly and flexible placement indoors. Assembly takes just 1–3 hours, depending on the model. The sauna requires no fixed electrical installations or wet rooms and can be easily plugged into a standard electrical socket.
The sauna is fitted with ‘carbon wave’ or full-spectrum ‘Vitaelight’ heaters around the seating areas, providing even and comfortable heat. It also comes with a built-in music player, so you can enjoy your favourite music during your sauna session.

Unlike a traditional sauna, an infrared sauna does not primarily heat the air, but rather the body and surrounding materials, providing deep and effective warmth. The sauna is fitted with a fresh air vent or an exhaust fan, which makes the air easy to breathe even when the door is open.

In an infrared sauna, over 80 per cent of the energy is converted directly into body heat, whilst less than 20 per cent is used to heat the air. This is one of the biggest differences compared with traditional saunas and explains many of the health benefits highlighted by research.

Over the past 25 years, Japanese and Chinese researchers have studied long-wave infrared heat and documented many positive effects. Infrared heat is completely harmless and is even used in hospitals, for example to warm infants.
