The Salty Sauna is a combination of an infrared sauna and a salt room. The sides of the bench in the sauna room are covered with salt blocks of real Himalayan salt. Behind the stones is an LED light. When this is switched on, the light rays are refracted through the beautiful marbling of the salt stones and its natural orange-pink colour illuminates your sauna. The LED light also has a colour therapy function where you adjust the shade of the light in seven other colours. Salt crystals are released from the salt blocks during the infrared sauna, these microscopic salt crystals are absorbed into the airways. The antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties of the salt can help to improve respiratory health in cases of respiratory problems of various kinds.

Salty Sauna is equipped with our proprietary VitaeGold heater. The heaters are equipped with reflectors that have a gold plating of 24 carats. The gold-plated surface means that the infrared waves in all wavelengths are reflected more effectively against your body than with traditional reflectors, making it the most effective full-spectrum infrared sauna heater on the market. You will enjoy the warmth of VitaeGold from both the back heaters and the two front heaters.

The sauna room is made of high-quality hemlock wood combined with cedar wood.

Salty Sauna is equipped with a control system that automatically regulates the power of the heaters based on the air temperature in the sauna.
